Advertising and
Promotion:
Since
the success of a Diversity Career Fair hinges on getting the right mix of
job seekers, we pay careful attention to the recruitment needs of
participating companies. We target appropriate applicant pools with
specialized advertising and promotion. Our marketing expertise enables us
to reach all the minority communities.

Newspapers: Four weeks prior to the
Diversity Career Fair, ads are placed in the classified and business
sections of major newspapers serving the area of the job fair. We place
ads in every key ethnic paper that serves the area.

Direct
Mail: Promotional
material will be sent to professional minority prospects who attended
recent Job Fairs in the target areas and to our exclusive mailing list of
over 5000 minority households with income greater than $50,000. A
special mailing will be sent to selected candidates to come to the
Marlboro high tech fair.

Radio: Thirty days before the Fair,
we start the radio campaign. Ten days prior to the fair, we place 60
second radio commercials during drive time and on weekends. Ads on both
AM and FM stations serving the Job Fair area will target the 25 to 54
year old professional and stress the importance of attending the event.

Television: Two weeks before the fair,
we will have ads on the local news. We will also promote the Diversity
Career Fairs on Spanish Television reaching the whole state.

Flyers
and posters:
Over 5,000 flyers will be distributed through area Career Centers, and
throughout targeted areas with special emphasis on community
organizations, colleges, churches, clinics, and food stores.

Networking: With more than ten years of
involvement with the minority community, local and statewide, we know the
key community leaders and organizations and will work with them to get
the word out through the all important "word of mouth network."

Internet: Your company's name will be
included in the list of Diversity Career Fair employers on our Web site.
One month prior to the event we will have banners and sites listing
participating companies on key employment Web sites.
